A transformational communications strategy and website design.
We were engaged as part of a far-reaching digital transformation program which included an institution wide remit, ensuring all objectives were met, departmental barriers were overcome and future students were given the site they deserve. The site was designed to be a catalyst for change after what had been a period of instability so we ensured our processes were colaborative and inclusive. Developed with an integrated internal and external team, the design was based on persona-driven information architecture using advanced techniques like mental modelling, face-to-face and remote card sorting as well as using predictive analytics and data science to identify key audience groups and their requirements.
As part of the delivery we developed a digital content strategy and detailed communications plans, enabling internal team training and the development of an excellent and sustainable internal content team.
